As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal as set out below:
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Jan Schaumann, Fishwish Racing – NASCAR Model Kits, Breite Str. 5, 13187 Berlin, Germany, Phone: +49 30 8866 3866, Email: info@fishwishracing.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://fishwishracing.com/vertrag-widerrufen/ (“Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page). If you use this online function, I will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email), including information on the content of your withdrawal statement as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse you for all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery I offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this refund. I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to me without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning.

Notes on Returns
The following requests are not a prerequisite for a valid withdrawal. Please let me know briefly by email when you are sending a return, and pack the item well, ideally in a sturdy box with padding material. Especially with collectibles in their original packaging, the condition of the box determines the value.
