1. Cart
Add the items you want with “Add to cart”. You can change your selection or remove items in the cart at any time. “Proceed to checkout” takes you to the next step.
2. Checkout
Enter your billing address and, if different, a shipping address, and choose shipping and payment. A customer account is optional – if you create one, you confirm it via a link in an email. Required fields are marked with *.
3. Review and order
At the bottom of the page you see all items, shipping costs and the total. Correct any input errors directly in the fields; you can still change your selection via the cart. Accept the terms and the cancellation policy and click “Buy now” – this places a binding order.
4. Confirmation, payment, shipping
You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email, including my bank details for bank transfer. Once your payment has arrived you get the invoice, and when the parcel is on its way, a shipping confirmation with tracking number.
The contract language is German. I store the contract text; you receive your order details and the terms with the order confirmation by email.
