Jeff Gordon
Jeffery Michael “Jeff” Gordon (born August 4, 1971, in Vallejo, California) is one of THE superstars of the American NASCAR series. He drives the Chevrolet with the number 24 for the team Hendrick Motorsports.
After his debut in the Busch Series in 1990, Gordon moved to Rick Hendrick’s successful team in 1993. Since then, in well over 700 races, he has won the overall championship four times and has taken around 90 individual race wins.
Thanks to Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson got the chance to race in the Cup series, and alongside Rick Hendrick, Jeff Gordon is co-owner of the car with the number 48. Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon, all teammates at Hendrick Motorsports, are among the most popular drivers in NASCAR.
The Model Kit
This 1993 Monogram model kit is a Chevrolet Lumina in arguably the most beautiful and best-known design of all: the Rainbow Warrior.
The parts are molded in metallic blue and clear. Chrome-plated parts and black vinyl tires are included.
A very nice model for the display case, or for building a high-performance slot car according to Sakatsu / Thunder rules.
Notice
This model kit is not a children’s toy!
It contains small parts that can easily be swallowed. Never leave children under 10 years of age unattended with a model kit like this!
Please note that the included decals may be brittle due to their age. If you wish to use them, you should definitely pre-treat the decals before soaking them in water and coat them with a suitable film! I do not provide any warranty for the usability of the decals!
